How to add existing players, invite new members, and use guest player workflows.

Inviting members

Use the Members area in a club to invite people by email. Invited users can join the club once they accept the invitation.

Adding guest players from a tournament

When you add a guest player during tournament registration, The Club House creates a guest-style club member record and sends an invitation for that player to join the club.

Why this matters

It keeps tournament history connected to a player profile later.
It avoids losing results in an untracked guest-only list.
It gives invited players a clean path into the club.

Member counts

There is currently no plan limit on how many members a club can have. You can keep adding people to the club roster even on Free.

The limit applies when you run a tournament, not when you build the club. For example, the Free plan allows unlimited club members, but only 9 players in a single tournament and 1 table per tournament.
