The Club House for Mac
Your club, in a window of its own.
The full club manager as a Mac app: the clock and the floor a keystroke away, alerts even when it is closed, and updates that never land mid-game.

The room, a keystroke away.
The Club House gets its own window and Dock icon, so the clock and the floor are never a tab lost among twenty. The Go menu jumps to your clubs and your dashboard, and full screen gives the whole display to the game.

When something happens
Alerts that reach you, even with the app closed.
Registrations opening, games starting and results arrive as Mac notifications through Apple’s push service, whether the app is open or not. Click one and it opens that game.
Between games
Updates that wait for the last hand.
New versions download in the background. The app asks before it restarts and otherwise installs when you quit, so an update never lands in the middle of a game.
An update is ready to install.
The Club House 0.1.1 will be applied when you restart.
Setup
Set up in three steps
Install
Open The Club House-0.1.0-universal.dmg and drag The Club House into Applications. The first time you open it, macOS asks whether to open an app from the internet: choose Open.
Open it and sign in with your Club House account. Your clubs, games and plan come with you.
Allow notifications
Say yes when macOS asks, so registrations and results reach you even with the app closed.

Common questions
No. The desktop app is free and included with every plan, including the free tier. It uses the same account and the same club as the website.
No. Everything works in a browser on any device. The app is for the machine you actually run games from, where a dedicated window and native alerts help.
Either. One download runs natively on both, so there is nothing to choose.
macOS asks once about every app downloaded from the internet. The Club House is signed and notarized by Apple, which is why the prompt says Apple checked it. Choose Open and it will not ask again, not even after an update.
No, and deliberately so. A tournament is a live, shared thing: the app talks to the same server your players do, so nobody is ever looking at a stale clock or a stale seat.
Automatically. A new version downloads in the background and asks before installing, so an update never interrupts a running game.
No. Signing out of the desktop app clears only that machine. Signing out on the website still signs you out everywhere, which is what protects a shared computer.
