Everything The Club House does

A club has a home page carrying its leagues, upcoming games, standings and history, so members always know what is on and where they stand without asking the host.

Invite by link, approve requests, and give admins and table admins exactly the permissions they need. One host can run a home game and a pub league without the two ever mixing.

The clock counts down each level, shows the blinds and antes in play and the ones coming next, and announces itself with a warning at one minute and a countdown at five seconds.

Put it on a TV, a projector or a tablet on the table. Every screen shows the same level at the same moment, so pausing on a phone pauses the clock in the room.

The layout editor is a drag and drop canvas for the tournament display. Add the timer, the blinds, payouts, players left, average stack, chips, knockouts and your own logo, and place them where your room can read them.

Save the layout once and every tournament uses it. Cash sessions have their own module set, including the pot, money in, cashed out and the leaderboard.

The Floor is the director’s control room, kept apart from the clock the room watches. The clock and its controls sit at the top, the roster runs down the side, and the tables, the structure and the prize pool fill the board between them, in the same place every night.

It works out what needs you from the state of the game: a table that can break, players waiting to check in, registration about to close. Where one click fixes it, the click is right there. Tournaments and cash games get the same room, on a laptop or an iPad.

A tournament is one record holding the clock, the structure, the players and the money. Open registration with a link, and the room runs from a single screen that every device stays in step with.

Rebuys, add-ons and knockouts are recorded as they happen, so the prize pool on screen is the real prize pool and the payouts come from it rather than from arithmetic at the end of the night.

Build a structure level by level, start from a saved template, or tell the generator your player count, starting stack and target finish time and let it size the ladder for you.

Structures are saved once and reused, so the weekly game does not get rebuilt every week, and every tournament that uses one inherits its levels, antes and breaks.

Seats are drawn when registration closes and rebalanced as players bust, so nobody counts heads between hands. The live table view mirrors the room, and moving a player updates every screen at once.

Tables are created, broken and merged as the field shrinks, down to the final table, and the seat a player moves to is on their own phone before they stand up.

The prize pool is the sum of the buy-ins, rebuys and add-ons recorded during the night, so it is right at every point in the tournament, not just at the end.

Set how many places pay and the percentage each one gets, or start from a preset. The cash amounts update as the pool grows, and the table can be published to the room before the bubble.

On a phone, the Players page is the host’s remote. Search a player, see the table and seat they are in, record a rebuy or an add-on, and eliminate them, without walking back to the screen running the clock.

Every action lands on the TV, the other tables and the players' own devices immediately, so the room never waits for the floor to catch up.

A cash session records every buy-in and cash-out per player, so the table reconciles before anyone leaves and nobody relies on memory for who is up.

Cash sits in the same club as your tournaments, with the same members and the same profiles, so a regular's record shows both kinds of game in one history.

A league is a set of tournaments scored by a system you choose: points per finishing position, a preset, or a formula you write. Standings recalculate on their own after every game.

Seasons keep their own tables, so last year's champion and this year's race are both a click away, and players can check exactly how their points were earned.

Each player has a profile filled in the moment a tournament ends: every result, finishing position, earnings and season, plus statistics like average finish and return on buy-in.

Guests can play before they have an account, and their history merges into their profile when they join the club, so nobody starts from zero because they signed up late.

Players earn badges for wins, streaks, knockouts, comebacks and simply turning up, awarded automatically from results that are already being recorded.

Some are visible targets and some stay hidden until they unlock, which gives the players who never final table something of their own to chase.

Insights turn the results you already have into the picture of a club: attendance over time, how the prize pool is moving, who is playing more and who has stopped coming.

It is the view that tells you whether the game is growing, which is the question every organiser asks and no spreadsheet answers on its own.

Connect a Discord server or a Telegram group and the club posts what the host used to type by hand: a new tournament, registration opening, the result when it finishes.

Players get it where they already talk, and the host stops being the group's notification system.
