A club has a home page carrying its leagues, upcoming games, standings and history, so members always know what is on and where they stand without asking the host.

Invite by link, approve requests, and give admins and table admins exactly the permissions they need. One host can run a home game and a pub league without the two ever mixing.

The clock counts down each level, shows the blinds and antes in play and the ones coming next, and announces itself with a warning at one minute and a countdown at five seconds.

Put it on a TV, a projector or a tablet on the table. Every screen shows the same level at the same moment, so pausing on a phone pauses the clock in the room.

The layout editor is a drag and drop canvas for the tournament display. Add the timer, the blinds, payouts, players left, average stack, chips, knockouts and your own logo, and place them where your room can read them.

Save the layout once and every tournament uses it. Cash sessions have their own module set, including the pot, money in, cashed out and the leaderboard.

Structures are saved once and reused, so the weekly game does not get rebuilt every week, and every tournament that uses one inherits its levels, antes and breaks.

Seats are drawn when registration closes and rebalanced as players bust, so nobody counts heads between hands. The live table view mirrors the room, and moving a player updates every screen at once.

A league is a set of tournaments scored by a system you choose: points per finishing position, a preset, or a formula you write. Standings recalculate on their own after every game.

Seasons keep their own tables, so last year's champion and this year's race are both a click away, and players can check exactly how their points were earned.

Each player has a profile filled in the moment a tournament ends: every result, finishing position, earnings and season, plus statistics like average finish and return on buy-in.

Guests can play before they have an account, and their history merges into their profile when they join the club, so nobody starts from zero because they signed up late.

Players earn badges for wins, streaks, knockouts, comebacks and simply turning up, awarded automatically from results that are already being recorded.

Some are visible targets and some stay hidden until they unlock, which gives the players who never final table something of their own to chase.

Insights turn the results you already have into the picture of a club: attendance over time, how the prize pool is moving, who is playing more and who has stopped coming.

It is the view that tells you whether the game is growing, which is the question every organiser asks and no spreadsheet answers on its own.
