Club Roles and Permissions
What Owner, Admin, Member, and Guest mean in practice.
Access levels
Owner
The owner is the primary controller of the club. Billing and protected club settings stay with the owner.
Admin
Admins handle day-to-day club operations, but some owner-only actions still remain restricted.
Member
Members are standard participants with regular club access.
Guest
A guest is typically a player you have invited into the club or added through tournament registration, but who has not joined the club yet. This lets you include them in the tournament flow while they decide whether to accept the invitation.
Free plan note
Assigning club admins is not available on the Free plan. If you need delegated admin access, upgrade to Premium.
You also cannot make a Free user a club admin. The person you promote must also have an active Premium subscription.
