Yes. The Club House has a free plan that lets you own one club with one league, create and manage tournaments in it, and track players without paying anything. Premium and Enterprise plans are available for larger clubs that need more clubs, more leagues, and additional features.
No download or installation required. The Club House is a web app that works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet, or mobile. Just sign up and start running tournaments straight away.
The free plan seats up to 9 players at a single table per tournament, enough for a full home game. Premium and Enterprise lift that to unlimited players per tournament with multi-table support, and Premium also covers up to 3 clubs. The pricing page has the full breakdown.
Yes. The Club House uses real-time synchronization, so tournament directors and players can follow the action live from any device simultaneously. No refreshing required.
When setting up a tournament you define a blind structure: levels, blinds, antes, and duration per level. The built-in timer automatically counts down each level and advances to the next, keeping your table in sync without any manual intervention.
Yes. You can build and save custom blind structures with any combination of levels, blind amounts, antes, and break periods. Saved structures can be reused across as many tournaments as you like.
When you create a league you configure a scoring system: for example, points per finish position. After each tournament, The Club House automatically calculates and updates the league leaderboard so standings are always current.
Yes. Club admins can invite players by email. Invited players receive a link to join and, once accepted, can be added to any tournaments and leagues within the club.
Absolutely. The Club House is designed to scale, from a small weekly home game with friends all the way up to a large club running multi-table leagues with hundreds of members.
Yes. The Club House uses industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Club data is protected by role-based access control, so only authorised members can view or manage your club information.
If you downgrade, you keep all of your existing data, and you keep running games in every club and league you already have, within the Free plan's limits. Creating more clubs or leagues needs Premium again. Older completed tournaments also stay stored even when the Free history view is limited.
