When setting up a tournament you define a blind structure — levels, blinds, antes, and duration per level. The built-in timer automatically counts down each level and advances to the next, keeping your table in sync without any manual intervention.

Yes. You can build and save custom blind structures with any combination of levels, blind amounts, antes, and break periods. Saved structures can be reused across as many tournaments as you like.

When you create a league you configure a scoring system — for example, points per finish position. After each tournament, The Club House automatically calculates and updates the league leaderboard so standings are always current.

How does the default league work on the Free plan?

On the Free plan, each club has one default league for tournament creation and tournament management. Other leagues can still remain visible, for example after a downgrade, but they become read-only for Free-plan tournament actions until you upgrade or switch the default league.

Can I change my default league on the Free plan?

Yes. The club owner can set a different default league from league settings when the club is on the Free plan. The switch is blocked if the current default league still has an active tournament, and the cooldown between manual switches is currently 30 days.

Can I invite players to my club?

Yes. Club admins can invite players by email. Invited players receive a link to join and, once accepted, can be added to any tournaments and leagues within the club.

What happens if I downgrade my subscription plan?

If you downgrade, you keep all of your existing data. On the Free plan, one league remains the default league for tournament creation and management, while other leagues stay visible but become read-only for Free-plan actions. Older completed tournaments also stay stored even when the Free history view is limited.
