Limits are per subscription, not per club member. Your club can have as many members as you like on any plan — what changes is how many of them can sit in one tournament, and how much of the club you can run at once.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe in US dollars, monthly or annually. An annual plan is charged once for the year; a monthly plan renews on the same date each month.
A subscription covers you, not each club. Premium includes up to three clubs you own, and Enterprise is configured to the number you actually need — you never pay a second time for the same season running in a second club.
You can cancel at any time from My Account, under Subscription. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew after that. Unused time is not prorated or refunded, so cancelling part-way through a period keeps your access until it ends rather than returning the remainder.
Downgrading never deletes anything. Clubs, tournaments and player history all stay in place. On the Free plan one league becomes the default that new tournaments are created in, other leagues stay visible but read-only, and completed tournaments beyond the Free history window remain stored rather than removed — they reappear as soon as you upgrade again.
A seat in one tournament, not a person in your club. Club membership is unlimited on every plan. The Free plan seats up to nine players at a single table, which is one full home game; Premium and Enterprise remove both the seat limit and the table limit, so a multi-table night is a matter of how many people turn up rather than which plan you are on.
No. One subscription covers every club you own up to your plan's limit — one on Free, three on Premium, and a negotiated number on Enterprise. Members of your club do not need their own subscription to play, register or appear on a leaderboard.
It stays. Nothing is deleted when a subscription ends. Leagues beyond the Free plan's allowance become read-only rather than disappearing, and completed tournaments outside the Free history window are hidden from the list, not removed. Upgrading again restores the full view immediately.
In the app, open My Account and go to Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal straight away and leaves everything working until the end of the period you have paid for.
