Why table management exists

Table management is built for live operations. It gives hosts and floor staff a controlled way to run seating, handle eliminations, and keep tournament state accurate while play is happening.

It is also useful for home games where trusted table staff need permission to record rebuys or add-ons without giving them full tournament-admin access.

Main seating controls

• Add Table — create another table in the seating plan.
• Redraw All — unseat everyone and randomly reseat players again while respecting locks.
• Final Table — consolidate remaining players into a final-table setup.
• Assign Player — seat an unseated player into an empty seat.
• Move — move a player to another empty seat.
• Swap — exchange two seated players.
• Unseat — remove a player from a seat without eliminating them.
• Eliminate — mark a player out of the tournament and remove them from the seat.
• Reserve / Unreserve — hold a seat for later use or release it.
• Lock / Unlock Seat — prevent or allow seating changes on a specific seat.

Table-level controls

• Table status — set a table to Active, Closing, Closed, or reopen it.
• Lock / Unlock Table — prevent or allow moves to and from that table.
• Break Table — move players off a table and collapse it out of the layout.
• Open Table View — open the dedicated table-management screen in a separate view.
• Manage Table Admins — add or update staff assigned to that table.

Step by step: assign table admins

1. Open the tournament seating area.
2. Open the menu for the table you want to manage.
3. Choose Manage Table Admins.
4. Select the members you want to assign.
5. Choose which permissions each person should have.
6. Save the changes.

Table-admin permissions

Table admins can be given a focused permission set instead of full tournament control.

• Eliminate — record bust-outs from the table.
• Move — move players to another seat when balancing or consolidating.
• Swap — swap two seated players.
• Rebuy — record a rebuy for a player.
• Addon — record an add-on for a player.
• Edit — open the full player edit form for corrections.
