What achievements are

Achievements are badges you earn automatically as you play, host, and take part in The Club House. They celebrate milestones like your first tournament, a winning streak, hosting games, or completing your profile.

Achievements belong to your account, not to a single club. Everything you do across all of your clubs counts toward the same badges.

Where to find your achievements

1. Open Account, then Achievements.
2. Browse the catalog by category — Getting Started, Clubs, Tournaments, Hosting, Activity, Supporter, Streaks, Time, and Events.
3. Select any badge to see its requirement, your current progress, and the date you unlocked it.

Each badge is in one of three states:

• Locked — you have not started progress toward it yet.
• In progress — you are part of the way there, with a progress bar showing how close you are.
• Unlocked — earned permanently. Unlocked badges are never taken away.

How badges are earned

There is nothing to claim or activate. The Club House tracks your activity and awards badges automatically, usually within a few moments of the qualifying moment — for example, when a tournament you played in is completed.

What counts toward tournament badges

• You must be a real member of the club — guests do not earn achievement progress. If you later join the club as a full member, that club's tournament history starts counting for you, including tournaments you already played there.
• Progress combines across every club you belong to. Ten tournaments in one club and ten in another count as twenty.
• Leaving a club never removes progress or badges you already earned there.
• Only completed tournaments count. If a host later corrects a tournament's results, your progress counters can adjust to match, but a badge you already unlocked always stays unlocked.

Badge rules worth knowing

• Final table badges count tournaments where you finished in the top 9 of a field with more than 9 entrants.
• Heads-up badges count tournaments where you were one of the last two players standing.
• Streak badges look at consecutive tournaments you played, in the order they finished, across all of your clubs.
• Time and event badges (like Weekend Grinder or the holiday badges) use the tournament's actual start and finish times in your own timezone — set your timezone on your profile so these land on the right day for you.
• Activity badges count the separate days you use The Club House.
• Hosting badges go to the person who created the tournament.
• Supporter badges recognize Premium subscribers, including annual plans and long-running subscriptions.

Who can see your achievements

Your full catalog — including locked badges and progress bars — is visible only to you. Members of your clubs can see the badges you have already earned when they open your player profile, but never your progress toward locked ones.

Notifications

When you unlock a badge you get an in-app celebration and a notification. To turn these off, open Account, then Notifications, and switch off the Achievements category.

Badges earned from your existing history — for example when achievements first launched, or when your past tournaments in a club start counting — are granted silently, so you will not receive a notification for each one.

Troubleshooting

• If a badge has not appeared yet, wait a minute — awards are processed shortly after the qualifying activity.
• If tournament play is not counting, check that you are a full member of the club rather than a guest, and that the tournament has been completed.
• If a progress counter went down, a host most likely corrected the results of a past tournament. Unlocked badges are never affected.
• If a time-based badge seems to use the wrong day, check the timezone on your profile.
• If you believe you earned a badge that still has not appeared, contact support and we will take a look.
