Club Settings, Branding, and Presence

What you can configure

Club settings let you update how your club looks, how members recognise it, and whether live presence is shown inside the club.

Club Name

The club name is the main label shown across the dashboard, club pages, and tournament views.

Branding Logo

Add your own club logo so the club feels branded and easier to recognise.

Users Online

Choose whether members can see who is currently active in the club.

Club Code and Invites

Each club has its own invite link so you can bring players into the right group.

How to update club settings

Open your club home page.
Choose Edit Club.
Update the club name if needed.
Upload or change the logo if you want club branding.
Turn Show users online on or off if you want live presence in the club.
Save the changes.

Branding logo Premium

Use a club logo to make your club easier to recognise across the app and give it a more polished, branded feel.

Open Edit Club.
Click the logo area.
Select an image from your device.
Wait for the upload to finish.
Save the club.

The current upload flow supports image files up to 5 MB.

Users online Premium

This setting lets members see who is currently active in the club, which is useful when people are checking schedules, registrations, or standings at the same time.

Open Edit Club.
Find Show users online.
Turn it on if you want members to see who is active in the club, or turn it off if you prefer not to show that.
Save the club.

Owner-only controls

Some club updates are protected so only the club owner can make them. If an action is blocked, the app will surface a permission error instead of silently changing the setting.
