How to Register for a Tournament

Every current way a player can join a tournament, including shared links and lobby registration.

Before you start

A tournament must still be accepting registrations. If the tournament has ended, or registrations are closed, self-registration will not be available.

Ways to register

From tournament cards and lists

Open the tournament from club or tournament list views and use the registration action when it is available.

From the tournament lobby or clock view

If the organiser has left the register button visible and registration is open, you can register directly from the live tournament page.

From a direct registration link

Admins can share a registration link that opens the tournament registration screen directly.

Manually by an organiser

Tournament admins can also add players from the tournament player-management tools.

What happens after you click register

The app checks whether the tournament still allows registration.
It checks whether you already belong to the tournament club.
If you are already a club member, you can confirm registration immediately.
If the club is public and you are not yet a member, the app can join you to the club first and then continue the registration.
If the club is private and you are not a member, you will be asked to request access to the club before you can finish registering.

Private-club registrations

For private clubs, registration is tied to club access. If you do not already belong to the club, submit the join request first and wait for approval.

If you are already registered

The registration flow will tell you that you are already in the tournament instead of creating a duplicate entry.

Unregistering

If registrations are still open and the organiser allows it, you can also unregister from the same tournament views.
