Multi-day events: flights, bags and Day 2

Run a festival main event over several days: starting flights, bagging at the end of a day, the best stack moving on and one prize pool for the whole event.

  • Multi-day events are a Premium feature, judged by the club owner's plan.

A big event is played over several days. Players start in one of several flights (Day 1A, Day 1B...), and the survivors of every flight meet on Day 2. All flights feed one prize pool.

Create the event

  1. On the Tournaments page, choose New multi-day event.
  2. Name it, pick the league, set the buy-in and fee, and add the flights and later days with their dates.
  3. Choose when a day ends (after a level, or when a share of the field is left) and what happens when a player bags in two flights.

Each flight and day is a tournament of its own, with its clock, Floor, seating and TV as usual. The money is set once: change it on any day's Payouts page and every day follows.

End of day and bags

When a flight reaches its last level, or the share of its field you chose is left (the event's page says when), choose End of day. The players still in bag their chips: enter each count in Bag stacks, table by table. A day can reopen until the next day is built.

Bounties

An event can play knockout or progressive knockout bounties. The bounty is the event's: set it on any day and every day follows. Each knockout pays when it happens, and a player's bounty carries to the next day with their bag (a progressive bounty keeps everything it grew to; a player who bagged twice brings both). The last day pays every day's bounty cash with the places.

The next day

On the event's overview, Create Day 2 builds the day from every bag. A player who bagged twice keeps their best stack by default (or their first bag, if the event says so), and the other bag is forfeited. Day 2 starts at the next level; draw seats for a full random redraw. Late registration straight into Day 2 is open until the level set on its Settings page.

Results and stats

Flights pay nothing and count for no stats on their own. The last day pays the whole event and lists everyone who played: those who made it are placed by their bust there, the rest by their last bust in a flight. Every entry, rebuy and fee from every flight counts toward a player's spend, and every knockout counts for whoever made it. The event counts once in leaderboards, profiles and insights, with its playing time summed across its days. Rename any day (for example, the last one to "Final Table"); only its name changes.
