Updating Club Branding and Settings

How to change your club name, upload a logo, copy the invite link, and manage users-online settings.


Open club settings

Open the club, then choose Edit Club. Club owners can also open the same editor from club cards on the dashboard.

What you can change

  • Club Name β€” update the main name shown across the dashboard, club pages, and tournament views.
  • Club Logo β€” upload a custom branding image for the club.
  • Users Online β€” control whether members can see who is currently viewing the club.
  • Invite Link β€” copy the club join link directly from the settings panel.

Step by step: update club settings

  1. Open Edit Club.
  2. Update the Club Name field if needed.
  3. Copy the invite link if you want to share the club.
  4. Use the logo area if you want to add or update branding.
  5. Turn Show users online on or off if you want to change live presence.
  6. Choose Update Club.

Upload a logo Premium

  1. Open Edit Club.
  2. Click the logo area on the left side of the form.
  3. Select an image file from your device.
  4. Wait for the upload to complete.
  5. Save the club.

The current upload flow accepts image files up to 5 MB.

Show users online Premium

  1. Open Edit Club.
  2. Find the Show users online setting.
  3. Turn it on if you want members to see who is active in the club.
  4. Save the club.

Permission note

Club settings are owner-controlled. If you cannot edit them, you likely do not have the required club permission.
